Users | |
Some databases are bought under licence and you may be restricted as to how many users can access the database. A five user licence does not mean that up to five users can access the database simultaneously, it means that you must select five users who are allowed access. A site licence means that any number of users can access the database, in which case there is no need to tick everyone in the user list. |

Tick the users who will be granted access (You may have to untick someone before you will be allowed to tick someone else if you already have the maximum number of users ticked) |

Note If you select different users, the changes are saved immediately and are not cancelled if you click the Cancel button in Setup. | ||
